One of the benefits of exhibiting at LibLearnX is the opportunity to promote author/illustrator appearances happening in your exhibit booth.
Appearances should be submitted through the Meet the Authors submission site. Please click "Join Now" to begin your first submission. You will need to create a new profile even if you have submitted to conferences in the past.
These listings will periodically be migrated to appear in the online LLX Scheduler, and will also be included in the mobile app. Submission deadline: January 12, 2024.
You must be a current contracted LLX exhibitor to participate.

Accept no substitutes! Please be aware that there are companies that claim to provide housing and registration services for the ALA conferences that are not affiliated with ALA in any way. The chances are quite good that sometime soon you will receive a fax, e-mail transmission or phone call (if you haven't already) that offers you cut-rate housing. The author's apparent intent is to convince you that the offer is made on behalf of ALA. IT IS NOT. Many exhibitors have become the unwitting victims of these room block poachers who secure exhibitor lists from Internet Web sites and membership databases from the membership directories that associations produce.
Don't be misled! Housing for LibLearnX is handled exclusively by onPeak.
When ALA secures hotel sleeping rooms for our conferences, we do so to assure that our attendees and exhibitors are adequately accommodated. We also require hotels for meeting space for the numerous sessions offered. This involves contracting rooms and space with many hotels, however, doing so will subject us to cancellation and attrition policies.
Everyone loves a bargain. Poaching housing blocks, however, is not about better prices - it is about highly suspect ethics and service. We hope you will support ALA's efforts to thwart the efforts of room block poachers when making your housing arrangements.

Our registration partner, CompuSystems, is the official vendor for Exhibitor Badge Registration.
Your primary booth contact has been sent login credentials from CompuSystems to access their Exhibitor Registration Portal. From there you can add booth staff, view and edit existing registrants, and order lead retrieval. If you have any questions or problems regarding exhibitor registration, contact 224/563-3124; Lead Retrieval questions can be directed to 708/785-5565.
NOTE: Exhibitor badges are for exhibit personnel and cannot be ordered for customers or guests. Exhibitors that are registering Authors / Illustrators that will be appearing in their booths or on an exhibit hall stage will have the opportunity to designate “Author” or “Illustrator” during the exhibitor registration process.

Exhibitor Update Newsletters
Periodic Exhibitor Update newsletters are published by Show Management as a service to exhibitors participating in upcoming Shows. The goal is to share new and important information regarding the Show and aid exhibitors in maximizing the effectiveness of their participation. Exhibitors are encouraged to thoroughly read all Exhibitor Update newsletters. An archive of these newsletters will be posted on this page.
Online Exhibitor Listing
Deadline to edit company listing: January 4, 2024
To submit your 200-character company description, company logo and select the product/service categories that best fit your company, please follow these instructions:

Sign In with the email address of record for the booth and the password. If you enter any email address other than the one on file, you will not be able to access the Profile Editor.
If you do not know the password, please enter the email address on file and click on the Forget your password? link. This will email instructions on how to reset your password. Please note, password emails will come from [email protected]. After resetting your password, return to Sign In with the email address of record and the new password.
Select Profile Editor and enter your company information as you wish it to appear. Company descriptions are limited to 200 characters, including spaces. Acceptable file formats for logo graphic are .jpg or .png.
When you are finished, click Save & Complete to submit your listing information.
Please update your listing by January 4, 2024.
Listing data will be migrated into the ALA LLX Online Scheduler database on January 5, 2024. Please submit any updates to your listing information by that date.
